Cavaliere Roadster Development (CRD) is proud to reveal its exquisitely designed and masterfully engineered automobile tooling package for the "Cavaliere 3000", an exemplary Austin Healey 3000 Mk III replica.

Looking nothing like cheap replicas or expensive "supercars" of the past decade, the Cavaliere 3000™ is an ultra-minimalist machine with the classic lines and engineering bred during a simpler era. The "retro approach" used when engineering the Cavaliere 3000 resulted in a fun little car that enables weekend hobbyists the flexibility to "tinker" without fear of getting in over their heads. The cheery convertible is attractive and appealing to sportscar lovers of both genders and all ages. The professional tooling kit provides both the hobbyist and the professional with all the tools to produce a top quality automobile in record time.

Candido spent years perfecting this professional tooling package. His experience working as a GM certified Master Mechanic working over many years with car builders provided valuable insights into what builders wanted. This resulted in an automobile tooling package that is simple and affordable to build, yet reflects enviable quality and craftsmanship when completed. Heads turn wherever one of these beauties passes by. The blueprints, body molds, templates and other builder items being sold with a completed and running Cavaliere 3000 is a masterful combination of elegant design and engineering simplicity that reflects both old world craftsmanship and modern performance.”

We spent years in research, then combined the best Austin Healey 3000 features with some of our own in the final design for a 21st century roadster that is beautiful, fun to drive, and easier to maintain than any of the competition.

When designing the Cavaliere 3000, Candido used the many insights gained from a decade as a certified GM master mechanic to create an automobile that turns heads as often at the country club as at the race track.

“I wanted to create an automobile that looked as beautiful in the garage as the finest European roadsters being built by the large sportscar companies, something that was both simple and fun to build, yet more affordable to maintain than other car packages currently on the market,” says Candido Cavaliere, designer and creator of the Cavaliere 3000.

"I studied many existing automobile replicas on the market and found each one lacking in some respect. In the Cavaliere 3000 we combined the best features of the original Austin Healey 3000 with important new ones to create a fantastic new automobile. So far we have received terrific feedback from the results, with over 50 of these classically elegant new roadsters now gracing US highways.”

The Cavaliere 3000 tooling package was engineered by Italian immigrant Candido Cavaliere, who emigrated to the US in the 1980's, and became a GM Master Mechanic. In 1989, Candido developed and built his first car, which he discovered to be excellent therapy in recovering from the death of his wife from cancer. He initially focused his business on helping others complete their car projects. The Healey Factory was born when he decided to create a roadster replica business, now specializing in selling tooling packages for the perenially popular Shelby Cobra and Austin Healey 3000.

Cavaliere tooling packages include all of the molds, jigs, and templates required to significantly streamline the entire manufacturing process for other builders. He now specializes in development of custom tooling packages for popular classics, and leaves production to others who would like to profit from manufacturing fine automobiles.

Much to the credit of his tooling packages, CRD Healey and Cobra replicas are now being enjoyed by customers all over the US. Interested parties should contact CRD at  Healeyreplicas.com.
